Position Summary: The Corporate Controller isresponsible for the financial reporting for the parent entities.Essential Functions:MonMonthly financial closing for the parententities including forward looking cash flow model - Preparation of annual budget for the parentcompany. - Maintain balance sheet reconciliation. - Responsible for cash management of the parentand 30+ subsidiary entities - Work with outside tax firm for the year-endIncome tax process - Responsible to working with variousjurisdiction for real estate and personal property tax

• Monitoring corporate AccountsReceivable to ensure the timely billing and collections
• Completing monthly bankreconciliations for the parent entities.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Create stronger internal controlalong with the team
