Responsibilities:
--- Manage a caseload of up to 150 tax controversy clients efficiently
--- Collaborate effectively with Enrolled Agents and Legal Assistants to ensure optimal task allocation
--- Provide timely responses to client inquiries within one business day
--- Uphold commitments and meet deadlines consistently
--- Achieve billing and collection goals of 1500 hours per year with support from the Billing Specialist

Qualifications:
--- Previous experience resolving tax controversy cases
--- Master of Laws in Taxation
--- Licensed with the United States Tax Court
--- Tech-savvy
--- Outgoing, energetic
