Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Engineer to support and
travel to a site in Lubbock, TX.
Key Responsibilities
Support customers remotely and onsite, providing 2nd and 3rd level
user support
Conduct maintenance and improvement of internal tools, equipment,
processes, and data repositories
Manage sub-contractors and monitor delivery while adhering to
relevant processes and regulations
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience with installation/commissioning and 2 years
in lab work
Experience in instrumental troubleshooting and diagnostics
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office Outlook
Mechanical aptitude and basic electronic diagnostics
High integrity and reliability
