QualificationsResponsibilities:
- SAP Proficiency: Utilize SAP software for managing production
schedules, inventory, and workflow processes.
- Organization: Maintain a well-organized production floor,
ensuring all sub-assembly processes are efficient and meet quality
standards.
- Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills to
coordinate with different departments, manage team members, and
report to senior management.
- Technical Expertise: Apply strong technical knowledge to
oversee sub-assembly operations, troubleshoot issues, and implement
improvements.
- Managerial Experience: Lead and manage a team of sub-assembly
workers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
to ensure high productivity and morale.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related
field.
- Proven experience in a production or manufacturing
environment.
- Proficiency in SAP software, eNovia, and eQuality would be an
advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid technical background with hands-on experience in
sub-assembly processes.
- Demonstrated managerial experience with a track record of
effective team leadership.Minimum Qualifications3 years minimum in
managing a team.Base Pay Range: $105,200.00 - $178,800.00
AnnuallyPrimary Location: USA-NJ-Totowa-KLAKLA's total rewards
