Job Description:
A company is looking for a Healthcare Call Center Supervisor
(Remote, Work-From-Home).
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee team performance, monitor agent behavior, and ensure
productivity
Provide subject matter expertise and support quality assurance
through call monitoring
Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and assist in the
onboarding process for new hires
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Minimum 3 years of supervisory or lead experience in a call center
environment
High school diploma or GED required
Knowledge of Medicare Managed Care / Medicare Advantage
Prescription Drug Plans
Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
