TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Neuro RN in Hackensack, New Jersey, 07601 Pay Information $2,650 to $2,735 per week About The Position Skills: Minimum of 1 year prior RN experience working in a major acute care hospital setting required. Must have 1 year of Stepdown. Experience with vents & trached patients. Experience with Neuro, Trauma and Surgical patient. Telemetry experience. Experience with some infusions (Amiodarone, Cardizem, Cardene). Neurological assessments is a plus Float Requirement: Likely not needed, but just in case- equal unit (stepdown/intermediate) or med surg telemetry RN must be willing and able to treat and manage patients on unit with a variety of conditions (including but not limited to flu, Covid, heart issues, lung issues, etc). Every Other Weekend. Holidays required.
