Job Description & RequirementsRegistered Respiratory Therapist - (RRT)StartDate: 3/3/2025 Available Shifts: 12 D Pay Rate: $1450.29 - $1589.15 RRT needed asap for 17 weeksREQUIRED SKILLS: The Registered Respiratory Therapist under the supervision of the Director of Respiratory Services, Technical Supervisor, Shift Supervisors, provides and administers all aspects of Respiratory Care Therapy and supportive equipment as stated in the Department Policy and Procedure Manual.Completed High School (Diploma or GED)1+ year of recent experience working as a license RRT required. 1+ years of ICU experience required. Previous experience with ventilators required. BLS, RRT license required (No Temp). PALS, ACLS highly preferred.Must be willing to float to adult ICU areas, intermediate care, and Basic intermediate care floorKnowledge, Education and Skills Preferred: 1. The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs, a strong sense of accountability for improving the lives of our patients and their caregivers, an exceptional focus on teamwork, and the ability and passion to deliver the highest quality of care based on a strong sense of patient focus are all required. Required Certification/Licensing: 1. Current and valid New Jersey Respiratory Care license and Registered Respiratory Therapist is required 2.
