Parexel has an exciting entry level opportunity in our Durham,
NC or Newton, MA office for a proactive individual to join our
Talent Acquisition group as a Recruitment Coordinator.Reporting to
the Director, Talent Acquisition, the person selected for this
position will support a team of internal Parexel recruiters as well
as working on a variety of departmental projects. This person will
also be heavily involved in executive candidate recruitment, so
good communication and presentation skills are a must. This
position also requires excellent MS Office skills, the ability to
prioritize and multitask one's day and the ability to work well
independently. This is a great opportunity for recent grads,

company.Essential FunctionThe essential function of the Recruitment
Coordinator is to provide support to the Talent Acquisition team.
The Talent Acquisition department at Parexel is a fast-paced,
high-volume recruitment environment that thrives on hard work,
creativity and professionalism. The Recruitment Coordinator plays a
key role in the departments' ability to source and hire quality
talent, achieve hiring manager satisfaction and promote the best
candidate experience.Key Accountabilities* Generate offer letters
for new hires* Schedule candidate phone, video and in-person
interviews* Coordinate candidate travel* Process candidate
background checks* Manage requisition and candidate workflow in the
applicant tracking system (Workday)* Post reqs to internal and
external job boards* Run recruiter and candidate reports* Assist in
candidate sourcing, as needed* Process candidate travel
reimbursements and vendor invoices* General correspondence with
candidates and new hiresSkills* Excellent communication skills*
Organizational skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy*
Strong sense of personal investment, responsibility and ownership*
High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI)* Experience with Workday or
applicant tracking systems a plusMinimum Work Experience* 1 - 3
years demonstrated experience in professional work environment*
Prior experience working in/ supporting HR/Recruiting group
