Job SummaryThe Substance Use Navigator is a Certified Recovery
Specialist and member of a multidisciplinary team working to
address the disease of addiction within treatment programs. The
Substance Use Navigator will use their lived experience to initiate
a recovery-oriented conversation with persons admitted to the ED
and promote a safe non-judgmental engagement to explore treatment
options. Will collaborate with treatment providers to ensure a warm
handoff to treatment services they need to obtain and sustain
recovery.
