Modern Healthcare Solutions is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a travel job in Hackensack, New Jersey.

Shift: 13-Week contract M-F 3:00 PM-11:30 PM , Every 3rd weekend (3rd Sat and Sunday obligation) Mini
Under the direction of a qualified physician, performs a variety of technical MRI procedures that require minimum independent magnetic pulses for the diagnosis of disease in human.Essential Job Functions:-Prepares and performs MRI procedures compliance with department standards with a minimum of 99% accuracy. Schedule appropriate amount of time for each patient, regularly reviews the requisition received during the shift, and schedule properly throughout the shift.-Maintains patient logs and equipment down time records.-Exception: Low-volume shifts (nights).-Ensures delivery of excellent customer service resulting in positive and improving patient satisfaction scores for department and Medical Center.-Monitors inventory levels and supplies throughout the department and notifies supervisor of replacement needs with a minimum accuracy rate of 95%.-Identifies and trouble shoots all machine malfunctions and reports to senior technologist on supervision.-Keeps work area clean and tidy at all times to prevent any unnecessary injuries to other workers and patients.-Assists with the duties of any absentee employee within the MRI area.-Other duties and/or projects as assigned.-Schedule Notes:13-Week contract M-F 3:00 PM-11:30 PM , Every 3rd weekend (3rd Sat and Sunday obligation) Minimum of 2 years of experienceSkills: Required Skills & Experience:-Minimum 2 years prior experience as a licensed MRI Tech required.-Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology required.Preferred Education:-N/ARequired Certifications & Licensure:-NJ State MRI License required.-AART (MRI) required.Languages: English Read Write Speak English(Speak, Read, Write)Job Category: Contract Weeks:89
